Barolo Sörì dell'Ulivo

For more than 100 years, in the small vineyard of Sörì dell'Ulivo, in Serralunga, an olive tree has survived cold Piedmontese winters testifying to the exceptional microclimate of that particular position. Here the grapes reach an exceptional degree of maturity and intensiti of bouquet which are easily recognized in the wine itself. It is aged for more than 5 years in a small Slavonian oak cask and produced only in the best vintages of which approximately 6.000 bottles are available annually.
